Who are we?
Life Church Aruba is a Christian community, a group of people who enthusiastically want to follow Jesus. We rely on Him for everything in our lives, He is the central point of our lives and being church.
As Life Church Aruba, we want nothing more than for people to come to faith in Jesus and, trusting in Him, then blossom and grow in their destiny. Being a church is something you do together.
We at Life Church Aruba believe that Jesus Christ is the solution to many problems that we as people can experience. He is stronger than any addiction, more powerful than any temptation and restores us to our relationship with God. Our God is bigger than our problems.
Life Church Aruba is led by John & Nicole van den Hoek.
We believe in the Biblical image of servant leadership, as leaders you serve to see others grow!

Together with our children, we went to Aruba for six months in 2020 because we heard God's voice for the next season in our lives. During the period here, God began to speak clearly that He wanted to do new things on the island and that it was the place for the new things He wants to do through our Life in and outside Aruba. Since December 2022, we have officially settled here to begin God's first plan, the church planting of Life Church Aruba.
We are passionate about Jesus, recognize Him as (Son of) God and as trinity. God has the highest authority in our lives.
Because we are Christians who know that we are not perfect and that no one is, we help people to live with God and the Holy Spirit. From our own experience and that of many people around us, we know that God can turn any situation/life into a good and hopeful situation and that NOTHING is impossible.
This can be done by accepting Jesus and choosing a new life, a life with God!
We are passionate about reaching out to people with this good news!
We believe in being a Church, planting a Church and giving throughout the Church.

Called after a period of spiritual hunger,
after a period of longing to grow in faith and grow in our relationship with God.
A church that delves deeper into life after salvation by the Lord Jesus, where life with the Holy Spirit becomes a reality.
Where you can grow in your faith and your relationship with God.
Where the community has a vibrant faith life together.
